0. 本ポリシーの対象と位置づけ

本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、株式会社HOKKALON（以下「当社」）が提供する「Magisuke – TDR計画・共有」（以下「本サービス」または「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本ポリシーは、App Store Connect における「App Privacy（プライバシーラベル）」の申告内容と整合するよう作成されています。

1. 収集する情報

当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を収集することがあります。

  • アカウント情報：Apple/Google アカウント情報（メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像）
  • ユーザーコンテンツ：作成したスケジュール、チャットメッセージ
  • 利用状況データ：アプリ内の操作履歴、機能の利用状況、閲覧・遷移ログ等
  • デバイス情報：OS・機種・言語設定、アプリバージョン、タイムゾーン等
  • 診断情報：クラッシュログ、パフォーマンスデータ、エラーログ等
  • 広告関連識別子：広告ID（iOSのIDFA/AndroidのAAID など）※広告配信・測定のため

これらの情報のうち、アカウント情報およびユーザーコンテンツ、利用状況データの一部は、ユーザーに紐づく形（識別子と関連付けた形）で取り扱われる場合があります。クラッシュ等の診断情報は、原則として個人を直接特定しない形式で収集されますが、アプリインスタンス識別子と関連付けられる場合があります。

2. 利用目的

当社は、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

  • 本サービスの提供・維持・運営（ログイン、データ保存、共有機能の提供等）
  • ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの対応（本人確認、調査、回答）
  • 利用状況の計測・分析、品質改善、新機能の開発、パフォーマンス改善
  • 不正行為の防止、セキュリティ確保、法令順守
  • メンテナンスや重要なお知らせ等の通知
  • 広告配信およびその最適化・効果測定（AdMob を利用する場合）

3. トラッキングと同意（AppTrackingTransparency）

当社は、広告配信・測定などの目的で、広告関連識別子（IDFA/AAID）を利用する場合があります。iOS 14.5 以降では、当社は Apple の AppTrackingTransparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づき、ユーザーの許可を得た場合に限り、他社アプリ・Webサイト横断でのトラッキングに広告IDを使用します。ユーザーは、デバイスの設定（設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング）から、いつでも許可・不許可を変更できます。

4. 第三者提供

当社は、次の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

  • ユーザーの同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合（令状・裁判所命令等）
  • 本サービス提供に必要な範囲で、業務委託先・サービスプロバイダへ提供する場合

5. 委託・外部サービスの利用（サードパーティSDK）

当社は、以下の外部サービスを利用し、データの収集・解析・配信を委託する場合があります。各サービスのデータ取扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシー等に従います。

  • Google Analytics for Firebase（利用状況の計測・分析）
  • Firebase Crashlytics（クラッシュ解析・安定性向上）
  • Google AdMob（広告配信・最適化・効果測定／広告IDの利用）

これらの事業者に対し、広告ID等の識別子、アプリの利用状況、クラッシュデータ等が送信される場合があります。ユーザーは、OSの設定やアプリ内の同意管理（提供されている場合）により、トラッキングやパーソナライズド広告の可否を選択できます。

6. データの保存期間と削除・権利行使

当社は、サービス提供に必要な期間、または法令で定められた期間、個人情報を保存します。アカウント削除手続完了後は、バックアップ領域を除き、運用データベースから合理的な期間内に削除します。

ユーザーは、個人情報保護法に基づき、保有個人データに関する開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止等を求めることができます。手続きは本ページ末尾の窓口までご連絡ください。アプリ内に「アカウント削除」機能が提供されている場合は、設定 > アカウント > アカウント削除 から削除を実行できます（機能が見つからない場合は、お問い合わせください）。

7. セキュリティ

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん、漏洩等を防止するため、適切な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。通信はHTTPSで暗号化し、データベースへのアクセス権限を最小限に制限します。

8. 国外移転

Firebase 等の利用に伴い、個人情報が日本国外（米国等）に移転される場合があります。当社は、適用法令に従い、適切な保護措置を講じた上で当該移転を行います。

9. 子どものプライバシー

本サービスは 13 歳未満の子どもを主な対象として設計されていません。未成年のユーザーは、保護者の同意を得たうえで本サービスを利用してください。保護者は、お子さまに関する権利行使（開示・削除等）を代理で行うことができます。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知等の合理的な方法により周知します。最新版は本ページに掲載します。

11. 免責事項（商標等）

本アプリはディズニーパークの非公式アプリです。

  • 東京ディズニーリゾート®は株式会社オリエンタルランドの登録商標です。
  • 本アプリは株式会社オリエンタルランドおよびウォルト・ディズニー・カンパニーとは一切関係ありません。
  • パーク情報の正確性は保証いたしかねます。最新情報は公式サイトをご確認ください。
  • 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

12. App Privacy に関する開示（Apple 申告との整合）

ユーザーに紐づくデータ（Linked to You）（例）：

  • 連絡先情報：メールアドレス
  • ユーザーコンテンツ：スケジュール、チャット
  • 使用状況データ：アプリ内操作・閲覧等（一部）
  • 識別子：アカウントID 等

ユーザーに紐づかないデータ（Not Linked to You）（例）：

  • 診断：クラッシュデータ、パフォーマンスデータ（原則、個人を直接特定しない形式）

トラッキング（Tracking）：

  • 広告配信・測定のため広告ID（IDFA/AAID）を利用する場合があります。iOSではトラッキング前にATTで許可を取得します。

※実際の App Store の「App Privacy」申告内容と本記載が矛盾しないよう管理します。

0. Scope and Position of This Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the application “Magisuke – TDR Planning & Sharing” (“Service” or “App”) provided by HOKKALON Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “Company”). It is drafted to align with the disclosures submitted in App Store Connect (“App Privacy” labels).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information in connection with providing the Service:

  • Account information: Apple/Google account details (email address, display name, profile image)
  • User content: schedules you create, chat messages
  • Usage data: in-app actions, feature usage, view/navigation logs
  • Device information: OS, device model, language, app version, time zone
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error logs
  • Advertising identifiers: IDFA/AAID for ads delivery and measurement

Account information, user content, and some usage data may be processed in a manner linked to you (associated with identifiers). Diagnostics are generally collected in a form that does not directly identify you, though they may be associated with an app instance identifier.

2. Purposes of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing, maintaining, and operating the Service (login, data storage, sharing features)
  • Responding to inquiries (identity verification, investigation, responses)
  • Measuring/analyzing usage, improving quality, developing new features, performance improvements
  • Preventing fraud, ensuring security, and complying with laws
  • Sending maintenance notices and important announcements
  • Ads delivery, optimization, and effectiveness measurement (when using AdMob)

3. Tracking and Consent (AppTrackingTransparency)

For advertising and measurement, we may use advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID). On iOS 14.5 and later, under Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework, we use the IDFA for cross-app/website tracking only after obtaining your permission. You can change your choice anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Disclosures to Third Parties

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • With your consent
  • When required by laws and regulations (e.g., court orders)
  • To service providers and contractors to the extent necessary to provide the Service

5. Use of Service Providers and SDKs

We use the following third-party services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase (usage measurement and analytics)
  • Firebase Crashlytics (crash analysis and stability)
  • Google AdMob (ads delivery, optimization, and measurement / use of advertising IDs)

These providers may receive identifiers (e.g., ad IDs), usage, and crash data. You can manage tracking and personalized ads via OS settings and, where available, in-app consent controls.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Your Rights

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. After your account deletion request is completed, we delete your data from operational databases within a reasonable period (excluding backups).

Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or cessation of third-party disclosures regarding your personal data. Please contact us using the details at the end of this page. If an in-app “Delete Account” feature is available, you can execute deletion via Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you cannot find the feature, please contact us.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leaks. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS, and database access is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis.

8. International Transfers

Due to our use of services such as Firebase, personal information may be transferred outside your country (e.g., to the United States). We implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws for such transfers.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not primarily directed to children under 13. Minors should use the Service with parental consent. Parents or guardians may exercise rights (e.g., access or deletion) on behalf of their child.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via reasonable means such as in-app notifications. The latest version will be posted on this page.

11. Disclaimer (Trademarks, etc.)

This App is an unofficial application for Disney parks.

  • Tokyo Disney Resort® is a registered trademark of Oriental Land Co., Ltd.
  • This App is not affiliated with Oriental Land Co., Ltd. or The Walt Disney Company.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of park information. Please refer to official sources.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.

12. App Privacy Alignment (Apple Disclosures)

Data Linked to You (examples):

  • Contact info: email address
  • User content: schedules, chats
  • Usage data: in-app actions/views (in part)
  • Identifiers: account IDs

Data Not Linked to You (examples):

  • Diagnostics: crash and performance data (generally non-identifying)

Tracking:

  • Ad identifiers (IDFA/AAID) may be used for ads delivery/measurement; on iOS we obtain consent via ATT before tracking.
